Llukanik

Characteristic Salami of the Korça area and some Balkan countries. Natural spices such as oregano and garlic give its unique flavor. It is used cold, served in antipasti but its true taste will emerge when grilled.

Method of preparing and serving

Could be served cold and thinly sliced as part of an antipasti plate, but its true taste will emerge when lightly grilled.
